The School follows a CBSE curriculum.

As per the CBSE guidelines, academic year is divided into two terms.

During summers School timing is 07:15am -01:30pm and in winters it is 08:30am - 02:00pm. Time may vary as per the weather conditions.

The School maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Adequate staff is deployed to clean the premises on daily basis. Regular checks and monitoring is conducted by the School administration from time to time.

The school has installed 128 CCTV cameras covering the entire School premises. Buses are also equipped with CCTV and GPS tracking system to ensure the safety and security of the students. Students are always accompanied by a teacher while moving from their classrooms to Science labs/ Computer Labs/ Library/ Sports ground etc.

After each Term Assessment.

We have 40 students in each section of a class.

Efforts are made to ensure that all students start conversing in English at an early stage . At SIS, Jhansi we recognize the socio-cultural background of our students and that is the reason why spoken English classes form a part of the Routine Time Table and the School Assembly. To improve communication skills, students should be given every opportunity to participate in competition for passages, poems, scriptures, extempore speeches, quizzes etc. in English. However, we will seek active participation of the parents in this regard. We suggest that they should speak in English at home and encourage their wards to speak in English too. The child should be provided with English books appropriate to their age, newspapers and magazines. This will foster good reading habit and will propagate awareness building skills.

The school takes all necessary measures so that each child gets the best education. If we find that a child is not coping up, extra/remedial classes are provided to those students and their performance is continuously monitored.

The School ensures holistic development promoting both academic & Extra Curricular activities. Sports and Co-Curricular activities are conducted from time to time and students are motivated to participate actively.

All School classrooms are equipped with projectors and visualizers to enhance learning. The School provides computer labs, a fully equipped library, Science labs, Swimming Pool, Swings, Dance room, Music room, Medical room and indoor sports room. Beside this all classroom are Air contioned, each Floor has an RO water system and separate washroom for boys and girls.

It starts every year between December and February.

For UKG onwards, students must appear for a written entrance examination. After qualifying, a formal interaction with the child is conducted in the presence of both the parents.
For Pre-Nur, Nur and LKG a basic interaction session is conducted with the child along with both the parents , whose presence is must.
